Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), a New Index of Web of Science™

Following the well-recognized and internationally-accepted indexes Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) and Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), this year, Thomson Reuters expands its citation universe by introducing a new product to the world, the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI). “Inclusion in ESCI provides greater discoverability, which leads to measurable citations and more transparency in the selection process.”

OBM series of journals understand the importance of inclusion, adhere to the requirements, and pay close attention to the updates. Application for inclusion will be submitted as soon as a journal is qualified.
